As you may  know, Covid-19 has killed more than 1 million Americans and affected over 83 million. This has made life difficult for family members whose breadwinner was a victim of Covid.

ANWEP-USA in partnership with the CDC-Centers for Disease Control, would like to be the solution in dealing with Covid. We would like your help in getting information that would keep our community healthy. Please complete this short 10-minutes survey to let us know if you have taken the Covid-19 Vaccine.
